Services Offered

• Low Vision Services
• Sell low vision aids and appliances for people who are visually impaired or blind; Give referrals to other agencies; Do evaluations to assist a person in deciding what technology would best suit their needs; Write recommendations to Services for the Blind for their consumers.


• Information and Referral
• We refer people to local services that would best meet their needs in terms of services for the blind, library services, older Arkansans, aging and adult services, etc.


• Assistive Products
• We sell desktop and hand-held assistive technology such as video magnifiers. We sell reading machines that scan text and read it out loud. Also aids for daily living such as long white canes, magnifiers, talking body weight scales, talking kitchen scales, the iBill money identifier, color identifiers, talking oral and meat thermometers, talking and large display clocks, both digital and analog, and much more!
