Brief Description

The Aging and Disability Services Division in the State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services, represents Nevadans aged 60 years and older and those with disabilities.

Services Offered

• Information and Referral
• Provides referrals to Area Agencies on Aging and information on other local aging services. Investigates elder abuse cases and offers advocacy, information and referral, Medicare counseling and assistance (also a volunteer opportunity), and reduced taxicab fare in Clark County.


• In-Home Services
• Community Home-Based Initiatives Program (CHIP) and Homemaker Program.
