Brief Description

We provide free loan of public library type books in a non-print format to anyone who is unable to use regular print material. We are the NLS Regional Library for the Blind for the State of Arkansas.

Services Offered

• Provides free loan of talking books in digital audio and braille format. Provides free loan of talking book players and some adaptive equipment necessary for use of the players. All materials are mailed to patrons on free loan and may be returned postage free by turning over the mail-card. Over 100,000 digital audio books and Braille books are also available for free download to registered users of our BARD (Braille and Audio Download) program with an approved compatible player.
