Karen Blankenship’s Advice on Self-Determination Skills

Karen has been a teacher of students who are blind or visually impaired since 1976. She is currently one of the professional co-chairs for the National Agenda and the chair person of the itinerant division of the Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER). Instruction in the Expanded Core Curriculum is one of her passions.
